INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITY HEDC mission
is “to empower men, women and children from all levels of Cambodian society to
effectively lead and efficiently manage their personal, organizational and
national growth and development”. In short, it is “Building Leadership for the
Future”. OUR CLIENTS: Since its inception HEDC team has provided training for more than 300,000 participants in Cambodia, Thailand, Laos, Philippines, Myanmar and Indonesia including CEOs, Senior Executives, Middle Managers, Governors, Political Leaders, Senior Provincial Officials, Department Directors, District and Commune Chiefs, Universities, International and local NGOs, monks, youth, the community and the private sector. Our client institutions included Asian Development Bank, World Bank, UNDP, UNICEF, WFP, NDI, USAID, AusAID, CONCERN, CWS, ICC, FHI, PSI, URC, Red Cross, etc.
OBJECTIVE

INTERNS QUALIFICATION - Strong interest in learning and empowering
oneself to success in the training field - Able to work in team and flexible - Able to use computer email and Microsoft
Word, Excel - Able to speak in English and Khmer - Respect and support HEDC international core
values and mission DURATION
OF INTERNSHIP Duration of
the internship is 6 months and internship participants are required to
work full-time or part-time (Morning 8:00-12:00 or Afternoon 13:00 -17:00)
during the office hours from Monday to Friday.
